Services for your business

AI workflow implementation and team training

Put AI to productive use in a workflow your team already runs every week. Gropoint’s AI implementation services build one AI-assisted process, train the people who use it and hand over a runbook, so your team can operate and maintain the workflow after handover. People stay responsible for reviewing the output.

What you receive

  • One approved AI-assisted workflow step, plus one standard integration where feasible
  • Two practical training sessions for up to eight people, with follow-up office hours
  • A named owner, a runbook and a comparison against your baseline after two weeks of monitored use

Choose a workflow worth improving

The proposed six-week pilot starts with one team and one recurring workflow. We map the current steps, establish a baseline and agree what a usable result looks like. We assess whether AI can help with a task that needs interpretation or drafting. Where the rules are fixed, ordinary automation, a form or a clearer handoff may be the better choice. Capacity improvement comes from changing the process and checking the result.

AI training for businesses, built around one workflow

Within the agreed scope, we implement one approved AI-assisted step and one standard integration where feasible. The pilot includes up to eight trainees, two practical training sessions and follow-up office hours. Your team practises using the workflow with relevant examples, including how to spot errors, handle exceptions and decide when a person must review the output.

A named owner oversees two weeks of monitored use. We compare the agreed measures with the baseline and document what changed, what remains uncertain and what needs attention. The runbook explains the process, responsibilities and escalation steps so the workflow can be operated after handover.

Agree a bounded pilot

This is a focused implementation engagement for a team with time to participate and permission to use the necessary systems and data. Feasibility, access, tool costs and acceptance criteria are agreed before the build. It does not promise a fixed saving, fewer employees or increased profit. If lead qualification and follow-up are the main gaps, the growth funnel provides the more relevant starting point. If buyers struggle to find your services, consider a visibility audit.

We can collaborate remotely with your team. We agree working times, system access and a named contact before the engagement starts.

Questions before you start

Can we book training without implementation?

This offer combines training with one implemented workflow. We can assess a training-only enquiry, but a separate course or workshop is not included in this offer.

Does every workflow need AI?

No. Fixed rules may be better served by ordinary automation or a simpler process. The assessment checks which approach fits the task.

What happens if the workflow cannot be built within scope?

The assessment checks feasibility before the build. Any revised scope, timetable or decision to stop is agreed before further work; tool access and human review remain conditions.
